Instructions
Melt the two sticks of butter in a pan on low heat
Add 1 TBSP of garlic salt and stir for 60 seconds before turning off the heat.
Pour corn chex, crispix, peanuts, and stick pretzels into the roasting pan and mix it gently with the wooden spoon.
Drizzle the melted butter mixture all over the ingredients in the pan and mix gently.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Cover the roasting pan and put it in the oven for 30 minutes. At the 10 min mark pull the pan out and add 1 tbsp of garlic salt and mix. Do it again at 20 mins with another tbsp of garlic salt and mix.
When the 30 mins is up, pull the pan out of the oven and add additional garlic salt to taste and mix. Let cool for 10 mins before enjoying!
Notes
Be sure to mix well, but gently so you don't crush the chex and crispix. Also be sure to scrap the bottom when mixing so nothing sticks and burns while roasting.
